Our philosophy

At The Agoras, our philosophy is inspired by the dual meaning of "agora." In ancient Greece, the Agora was a gathering place where people came together to engage in meaningful discussions, collaborate on ideas for the future, and promote collective well-being. It was a centre for growth, reflection, and connection. In Galician, "agora" also means "right now," emphasising the importance of living fully in the present moment.

By combining these two powerful meanings with our three pillars - acupuncture, yoga, and coaching - The Agoras aims to create a space where body, mind, and spirit unite in the present.
